1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trade Win’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Trade Wins provides independent stock market research and recommendations. We are a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000021881). Our services are limited to research recommendations only and do not constitute portfolio management, investment advisory, or wealth management services.

3. Risk Disclosure

Investment in securities market is subject to market risks.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Trade Wins does not guarantee any returns or profits.
Options trading involves high risk including total loss of capital.
Read all related documents carefully before investing.

4. Fee Policy

All fees must be paid only to the bank account of (Rajendra H Jadhav, A/C: 3847296995, IFSC: KKBK0001465, Kotak Bank Ltd) or through SEBI’s CeFCoM mechanism. Payments made to individual accounts will not be honored.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once services are activated. In case of service non-delivery, refund requests may be raised at info@tradewinsindia.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Activities

Sharing research recommendations with non-subscribers
Using our content for commercial redistribution
Misrepresenting our research as guaranteed returns

7. Limitation of Liability

Trade Wins shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from use of our research recommendations. All investment decisions are solely the investor’s responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
